UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Rolling Lion food truck will be giving away free, loaded nachos and beverages courtesy of Penn State Startup Week powered by PNC from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, March 20. The truck will be parked behind Carnegie Building across from Willard Building on the University Park campus.
“We’re excited to partner with Startup Week again this year to help kick off and spread awareness for what is sure to be another fun and innovative week for students,” said Penn State East Food District Managing Chef Matthew Schaffer.
The Rolling Lion food truck menu will feature loaded beef-brisket nachos, loaded jackfruit nachos, and a mixed berry aqua fresca.
Startup Week events will take place across all Penn State campuses from March 20-24.
